  • OMG I made something soooo good

    OH man I love OWL. I figured out how to make my Most Favorite thing EVER mmm. It's LOW carb Halva. It's made with Tahini basically ground up sesame seeds and 3 packets of sweetner and Vanilla Protein Powder and Fresh Vanilla. OH I am in Heaven. It's like candy and the whole entire Recipe is only 6 carbs WOOOHOOO. I get a treat today YAY me. I made a big dish of the stuff and TOM is on it's way I know this cause I am up 9 freaken Pounds Now I am armed with Halvah it's soooo good and good for ya too.

      It's yummy I LOVE it I am weird silly things excite me My Step mom Bought this stuff and I never thought I would like it But MMMMMMMM soooo goood. I am in Heaven.

        Mmm, I used to like Halvah. I don't think I could handle that much sweet now. Weird how your tastebuds can change.

          so how many sevings in that recipe? We know cause you got 3 packets and the sweetened protein powder it is more then one serving, but you know some newbie is going to think you mean mix up all that and have it at one sitting vcause the carb count is so low.

            OH it's 4 servings and you don't wanna eat the whole thing at once it's sooo rich. But it was a nice treat. I am gunna add more powder next time it's a little Gooey HE HE but still Yummy. The Protein Powder I have is 1 carb per scoop I am gunna buy some no carb stuff.

            I never thought of the one sitting thing just was excited to make it, it's an aquired taste my kids are like oH mom that's gross I am in heaven ROFL.

              I know. I was shocked when a mod posted a choclate cake recipe and folk thought it was one serving not 4.

                Hmmmm, sounds good to me, now I really can't wait to see the higher rungs !!!
                Well, it gives you time to experiment some more on that recipe and then you can post the final result by the time I am allowed to have it !!!! *giggle*

                  OH my Thank you I think I got it figured Out I made some Chocolate stuff and mixed in the Stuff I had Yesterday MMMM. Ya need More Protein Powder till it's almost Crumbly then you Pack it really tight.
