Weight loss creeping along.

After a week-long halt in my weight loss, I've started creeping along again, losing 1 more pound this week. My 9-month-old caught a stomach bug called a rotavirus, and although it is rare for adults to catch it, it appears that I have it as well. For adults, this virus is much milder than for babies. But my appetite has dropped to nil. The thought of eating anything just turns my stomach. I choked down 3 pieces of bacon on the way to work, and it was like trying to swallow splinters of wood. My stomach sounds like Mount Vesuvius. It's like going through Induction Flu all over again!

I am soooo sorry to hear of your little one being sick! It alwasy breaks my heart when they get sick like that I am sorry that you are sick too!!! I hope you guys get beeter very very soon. You'll both be in my prayers.

I am sooooo excited that your weight loss has picked up again! That is so fantastic! That must feel wonderful!!! Good job trying to get something in your tummy. You are smart for not forcing yourself...that might not be the best thing to di right now. Just take it easy and know that I'll be thinking of you two, as I am doing a happy dance!

we have several topics up with recipes for when you have tummy issues you can check for things to eat while you are feeling sick.

I am sorry that your tiny one is ill and that you yourself don't feel that well, I hope you both get better soon !!!
The stopping in the weightloss is quite normal, like if your body has to get used for a bit and then get on.
So if I were you I wouldn't worry too much about it.
