Ok, I am starting OWL today. I was a little nervous last week but I am really looking forward to eating more veggies. I never used to eat them, but now I just love them!! I just hope this doesn't slow my weight loss. I didn't lose anything last week, but I lost so much on Induction that I think my body is just catching up a bit. I have been working out more, so I hope its because muscle weighs more than fat (that is what I keep telling myself). It was dissapointing to not lose last week when I have been losing but, I am sure I will start losing again.
