Wow, I'm so happy. I cannot tell you how many times I have started this wol, got stuck on induction and quit. The only time I worked right through it was in the '90s on my first try.
This time is different. I started 2 Wednesdays ago and I'm using it for lent. This has kept me on it. Strangely, I didn't have the cravings that haunted me on previous tries. I also didn't loose that much - 153.5 to 149. However, I know this is due to the antidepressants I'm taking and I'm on taper, so the wol will kick in eventually. So I've decided to just continue through the plan. That way, when I'm tapered way down, I'll be on a proper food schedule.
