I am starting Rung 2 today, and I am so glad I moved on to OWL (thanks 2Big). I have decided that I want to try and add cottage cheese and yogurt (not at the same time), these are the two things from dairy that I miss. I just hope they don't cause me to stall. I keep hearing about Greek yogurt, but I have never seen that stuff before. Where can I get it? Is low-carb yogurt safe? I guess the yogurt thing is the big question for me. Any advice would be great! Thanks everyone.
