Well, this is the 3rd week at the same weight. I'm beginning to think I may have to just declare victory, maybe post a sign over my house saying "Mission Accomplished," and stay at this weight.
I ran another 5K race last Saturday, and I've been doing 3-mile runs during the week as well. I'm not down to the weight I was a year ago, which I considered my ideal running weight, but I'm close. One thing I've been noticing is that I cannot seem to get up to the speed I normally ran at when I was eating carbs. I'm thinking of adding back some carbs before important runs to see if I can get back up to my normal speed.
