I had a HORRIBLE, 2-day cheat. It was for emotional eating. My husband was threatening to leave me (all in front of my 3 year old and infant). He packed his stuff and everything (he's still here now though and we've made up). Well anyways that led to a 2 DAY eating binge. I mean EVERYTHING. I probably consumed 5000 calories each day of carb food. So now here I am back on the wagon. BUT where do I go? Do I contine with owl (I was on the dairy rung) or do I do a clean 2 week induction? I am soooo mad at myself. I can't believe I let myself eat like that again. I also gained 8 LBS BACK! Is that possible? I was 146 on Saturday and now today I am 154! ARGHHHHHHHH.
