Ima big fan of rewarding myself for weight loss. (yes the loss itself is a huge reward). I dont usually treat myself to stuff so this is a nice way of doing so and tying an important thing to it!

Does anyone else do weightloss rewards?

Heres my 25 pound reward- I had a pedicure and manicure lastnight! I normally dont do designs on my toes but the girl asked me if she could do a design so I figured.... Im only losing this 25pounds once, go for it! (Im not the sparkly flashy type so this is very new, and FUN!)

    Re: Rewards

I reward myself with jewelry and other non-food things. I have a day-trip planned in June.

      Re: Rewards

I believe in rewards for goals you can control. Like exercising every day or drinking all your water. Last week my toughest goal ever was not stepping on the scale til Sat. I rewarded myself with a new bra/panty set, I LOVE matching lingerie under normal clothes
What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

        Re: Rewards

Well, after reading this thread yesterday, I ordered a big tin of assorted Perfumeria Gal lip balm. I was planning to buy 1 tin of the red currant lip balm, but.....

Oh and I also stopped by a store on the way home yesterday and bought park bench for my garden--so I'm rewarded myself big time yesterday!

          Re: Rewards

I have never really bothered with rewards myself, but believe that they are a good thing. As long as they are not food goals, then job is good.
