Back in ketosis

Okay... Finally BACK in Ketosis after my last weekend cheat. I wonder why it took so long to get back in ketosis.

It ALWAYS took me 4 to 5 DAYS to get back to dark blue ketosis....... that's why is was NOT worth it to ever cheat. Unless there was a holiday or a birthday I didn't. Then, I knew when I "cheated" that I was going right back on the next morning and to not check my ketos for about 4 days. Good luck.
