Hey guys... I was just wondering what rung of OWL Chocolate would be on? Not sweetened crap that you buy in chocolate chip or candy bar form, baker's chocolate (that I've heard is actually good for you in small amounts) that you can melt and add splenda to to use as a cheesecake or berry topping. One small serving of my baker's chocolate is 4 carbs, 2 of them fiber... not too shabby for something that's yummy with just a bit of splenda.
I know that the key ingredient for chocolate comes from the cacao tree... what I'm not sure is if I should consider cacao "beans" as legumes or nuts/seeds, because I've heard people go both ways.
So what do we think unsweetened baker's chocolate is? Other than delicious and easy to work with.
