I love atkins and the fact that I am NEVER hungry. I was on it for about a year and a half before.... I remember many of the "old timers" from back in 2004 when I posted a lot. I am getting closer and closer to what I was in 2004 from atkins. I am so estatic!
Also, did you find that when you started the berries rung that it caused cravings. I have found that SEEDS and NUTS are probably only good for an occasional (RARE) snack as they cause major cravings in me.
Also, I do drink occasionally (not much only like 1-2 times a month) When I get on that rung I don't have to drink EVERY week do I? Do I just add 5 extra carbs from a previous rung for the weeks I don't drink? Or should I skip the alcohol rung altogether since i don't really drink?
