I went to the gym today and they measured me, I've lost 9 inches in a little over a week!

Inches lost are waaaaay better than pounds! Everyone can see those missing inches. You're doing so great!No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

I've watched your posts, you sound like you are really being careful too! I remember seeing your posts about being sick! You look fantastic. Keep heading for that FORD modeling goal! Don't worry about the scale, it'll keep going eventually. We've only been at this a little over a month, I'm happy with my advancements, and you should be happy with yours. Congratulations!

Congrats on the inches lost as well as the big weight loss too!!
Sometimes it comes in spurts and sometimes it sputters along! But the overall picture is sooooo important.... but I know it can be frustrating to see the same # day after day!!!

REMEMBER THOSE MODLEING AGENTS DON'T SEE YOUR SCALE WEIGHT WHEN YOU WALK IN OR SUBMITT YOUR PICS THEY JUST SEE ALL THE INCHES OF FAT GONE. oops darn cap key.
Keep shrinking you are morphing your body shedding fat mass and adding lean body mass as you shrink. remember too weight loss isn't a linear thing you will have downs plateaus and even a few gains on your journeybut the overall trend will be downward.
