Has anyone found tomatos to be a staller I havent had more than about a 1/4 inch slice everyother day but then I made my own speghetti souce with them and tofu for a mock speghetti and weight loss has stalled could be that I am just stalled for a bit but maybe I should lay off the tomatos

the natural sugars in tomotoes and onions can slow weight loss in some folk. Dr Atkins discusses this in DANDR.
are you really stalled with 4 weeks of no scale lose nor inches lost fromhavign one meal of spagehetti and meatballs?
Had you eatten tofu before that meal? did you increase your carbs for that week or just subbed tomatoes for you your other carb foods?
If you are truely stalled then back your carb count down 5 net grams for a week and see if you have exceeded your CCLL. If you are experiencning a weight loss hesitation you can stop eatting the spaghetti and see as DR Atkins advises us to do with any food that gives us troubles. Ddi you check chapter 12 blood sugsar symptoms to se if the spaghetti was effecting your blood sugsar?by the book atkinseer

I had not had tofu before and had increased my carb intake by 5 carbs a day with the tomato I suppose it could have been a number of factors and maybe not the tomatos I will replace the tomatos with a diff veggie this week reread dandr thanks for the help several things to considerOWL
