Okay how bad did I mess up with ACCIDENTLY eating about 1/2 a teaspoon on my salad. (was eating them until it dawned on me that htey were IMITATION NOT REAL). Should I go back to induction. Im not even sure what they're made with or if they'll knock me out of ketosis! I am sooooo mad. The salad was good otherwise!! Which rung would be good for imitation bacon (although, I will NEVER eat them as I like rthe real thing better). Just would like to know for reference purposes.

Re: IMITATION bacon bits... ARGHHHHHh
I looked up imitation bacon bits online and it looks like they're made from soy. So you'd treat them like soy, which is the legume rung, I think -- someone please correct me if I'm wrong about soy being in the legume rung.
I wouldn't worry about it, personally. No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

Vigilance, not perfection.

Yes - if they were made from soy then you can count 5 net carbs of them as your OWL rung addition if you did not add other soy/legume products today!! So be aware to check for possible blood sugar issues.
Take this occurrence as a gentle reminder to stay conscious of what you are going to put in your month!
One thing we have to guard against as we climb the OWL ladder is that we can get a bit 'sloppy' about checking labels!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
