Well I think I may have messed everything up... Today was a really crazy busy day for me so I didn't have time to eat breakfast or lunch and I finally got to eat at a friend's birthday party and what I ate wasn't all that great in fact is was horrible. They didn't have a regular salad with lettuce but a bunch of potato and macaroni salads so I skipped those and had 3 hamburger patties, 2 hot dogs and three pieces of cheese. I haven't had any veggies today at all so I'm going to make up a salad and eat it tonight. There are just days when I have no time to eat, I have three kids and am always running around, I try to pack stuff to take with me but I never end up eating it because I have to run after one of my children.
I have a couple more questions I hope someone can help me with... I bought some heavy cream and I know I can have 2 Tbsp a day but the label says it contains no carbs or sugar so can I have more than 1 Tbsp? Also I have been working out like mad at the gym for weeks now and this past week the scale hasn't moved! Currently I am on the nut and seed rung should I cut either my dairy or nuts out for now and see what happens or should I just go back into induction? I am so ready to give up but I've been doing really good for over a month and would hate to see all my hard work go to waste...

Today is a new day and I'm going to do better with my meal plan for the day. The crazy thing about the scale is since I've started Adkin's I've weighed myself EVERY DAY sometimes even twice a day which is a bad habit to get into. I did get measured at the gym last week and i've lost a few inches in different parts of my body and I'm pretty excited about that. I was pissed when I went to buy some new pants because I'm still in the same size... I'm so not going to let this fristrate me though, I'm gonna go to the gym and stay an extra hour today busting my butt.
