Do you use 2% or whole milk? Just curious because I see it as a big WASTE of money buying both cream and 1/2 and 1/2 when I always have Cream and milk on hand. Is all 1/2 and 1/2 just 1/2 cream and 1/2 milk?

I was intrigued by this, as we dont have this product over here so did a google for 'half and half' and found this info
Half-and-half is a dairy product containing milk and about 10.5 to 18% cream, as specified by federal guidelines.
and on a website for UK users who have no idea what half-and-half is
If a recipe calls for one cup of half-and-half, use 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup single cream.
I suppose anyone on induction could mix say 1/4 cup of cream with 3/4 cup of water to get the same effect.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      Hey tpampel,

      Congrats on the weight Loss!

      You look 18, not 28!!

Those are your siblings, not your children right!

On the other topic, I don't use milk at all now.

I had the same thoughts when I hit the dairy rung and did some experiments. Nothing gave me the "perfect blend" and in cooked recipes or things I wanted to make ahead of time nothing worked, it separated. But, for coffee, iced coffee, oatmeal, ziploc ice ice cream, 2/3 1% milk and 1/3 heavy whipping cream produced the best results. Plus, for whatever reason, cream keeps longer, I was always throwing away 1/2 & 1/2. Hope that helps!

PS you do look amazing, can't wait to see your goal pics!!!
What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????
