SO I ahve to tell you I was scred to add in grains again but, this time I am not reacting like I ahve before PHEW. I added in some mixed whole grains it's called Red river it's a hot Porridge I love this stuff it's soooo nutty tasting YUMMY. and I also Got some stone ground flax bread made without flour. I ahve really been enjoying having this. Maybe my weight loss will pick up never know a little variety might do me good. I ended up having TOM again and I don't think I ahve had as many Bathroom trips as I have in the last 2 days LOL it's alll good I have noticed byt hte end of the day my ankles are a bit swollen but, I am not chalking that up to the grains yet cause my body does need to get used to tehm and also I am swollen from Hormones I think.
