As tired said, make sure the Centrum is the Centrum Silver because it has no iron. Also, when you do your 6 months follow-up blood tests Dr. Atkins recommended, ask your doctor to include a test to screen for iron in your blood to see if the iron-less vitamins are appropriate for you.

        Flaxseed and Fish oil

imo, there really is no need to take both of those, unless you want to eventually switch over to a non-animal source of omega-3 fats.

Both contain omega-3s but the flaxseed omegas need to be converted to a usable form. That conversion is about 15 to 1, meaning you need to take roughly 15 grams of the flaxseed omegas to equal about 1 gram of the fish oil omega. Fish oil omegas can be used directly by your body---no need for you bod to do any converting.

Coconut oil----make sure you are counting those 6 tablespoons towards your daily fat intake. This is especially true during OWL phase because during OWL amount of fat we need to eat slightly decreases. This is why when you get to the higher fat rungs of OWL (nuts and dairy), you might need to eliminate 1 tablespoon of added fat when you eat these fatty foods.
