      Re: Moving Into OWL....(scary)

      Kat,

I have been absent from the boards for a while (busy summer), but have still been plugging along. I'm lovin it! I've now lost as much in OWL as I did in extended induction (I've updated my signature). I'll say what everyone says...I should have moved over sooner. The varied food options make things feel more like a way of life and I don't even have to think much about what I am eating, ordering at a restaurant, or buying at the grocery store anymore. It's become just a normal thing, and now I don't even want the bread when it's passed my way. I did cheat once thinking "I don't really want this but once I eat it my taste buds will be happy I did." Well, I took one bite, and didn't want it. It doesn't even taste appealing to me anymore...go figure. Hope your summer has been fabulous.

Anyone have any ideas on when to move into Pre-M? I am halfway to goal. I was thinking in 4 more pounds, because then I'll have 10 to go?

      K

Congrats on your inches and pounds lost, Karen !!

I moved to premaintenance at about 10 pounds to goal, so your plan sounds good to me.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
