Hi everyone! Just a quick question but I started in the berry rung 2 weeks ago and I've been eating a half-cup of cottage cheese with my bluberries in the morning with my breakfast, should I space it out or can I keep eating it with my breakfast?

Re: Berries
I guess I dunno what you are asking? Space out the berries or....? I dont see any reason to space them out since you are eating them with a full fat cottage cheese.
I eat my berries for breakfast when I have greek yogurt. When I dont, they become a snack inthe evenings.

Re: Berries
If you eat the berries, make sure you eat it in combination with a fat and/or protein. Don't eat them plain.
As for when you eat the berries, it's up to you and how your body reacts to them.

Re: Berries
If you are using fullfat cottage cheese, you should be okay.
Like my greek yogurt, it has 10gfat and 6g protein for a halfcup and I do okay with it and blueberries.Female, 30

Re: Berries
Oh yum, Kimberly, that sounds delicious! And a great way to both add fat to your berries, and to stretch both portions into a nice, filling meal.Originally posted by Kimberly_POk kewl that's what I was wondering I didn't know if I could eat them plain with my breakfast so now I know to add some fat with it. I have been adding them to my cottage cheese.
I need to do that one of these mornings.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

You are so right, ErinOriginally posted by ErinRachel1021Isn't Greek yogurt the best?
I thought I would miss out the dairy rung originally, as I dont like the taste of milk, but someone reminded me that yogurt was a rung 2 food! YUMMY!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Berries
I will be so happy when I get there. I've been craving yogurt since I started. It's probably because I was eating so much of it before and now I know I can't have it!Originally posted by ElizellenI thought I would miss out the dairy rung originally, as I dont like the taste of milk, but someone reminded me that yogurt was a rung 2 food!
