    Anyone have a smores substitue (way down on ladder)

    Just wondering if when one gets WAY down the the ladder of in pre mat./mat. is there a substitute for a smores. Not that im even having a craving or anything. JUst curious....

    I'm sorry. I just had to LOL. I was wracking my brain. I do think I remember seeing a LC Graham cracker recipe in one of my books. And LC Chocolate can be done. But........ I don't remember seeing any LC marshmallow recipes around.
    This one could be a real challenge.... anyone???

      Oh yes, there was a low-carb marshmallow recipe, back in Easter someone posted on in the Peeps thread. Let me see if I can dig that up.
      No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

          Well, from what I remember of seeing the LC graham cracker recipe. It was going to be a pain in the butt, not to mention probably not cheap to make! But if you come up with a LC marshmallow I can probably put something together. However, it will probably NOT be the "same" as a S'more. NO matter how close it is! ;-)
