    Im back in ketosis after my 3 day cheat....Ive been on this rung forever. whatcha think...

    unless the foods from the rung are giving you issues you don't need to back down one. if your weight loss is stalled out 4 weeks of no inches nor pounds then you should follow Dr Atkins advice in DANDR chapter 14 and lower your total carb intake 5 net carbs and see what happens.

      Well, then should I try to move up a rung? I know it is the nuts causing me problems. I have known it all along BUT sometimes try them because I love them so!

        remove all the nuts from your eating and add 5 net carbs of the veggies to see if it is actually the nuts or the new total carb intake.

        If it was the nuts then you can be like NOT2LATE and slowly add back the food with trying different brands. I know having cans or bags of proceesed nuts can derail folk but a bag of raw almonds kept in the freezer lasts me till the last ounce should. I remove my ounce fix it how I want it and don't make extras. I can do almonds, pecans and walnuts but peanuts, macadamia nuts cashews or fibuters no way. If all nuts are your issue have you tried seeds? if so them move up a rung.

        BTW you can skip rung 5 if you like.

          you can skip over a rung, if you know it gives you trouble, and go on to a higher one.
