Last Friday was the last day of induction for me but I couldn't decide if I was ready to move on or not. I have to keep reminding myself that I'm not moving back to an old WOE but just adding a few more vegetables and following the same principles.
So, I've finally made a decision - after continuing to eat for induction all weekend - that today is the day to move forward... (insert picture of me nail-biting here).

Oh, and I tried the mock french toast recipe made with pork rinds this morning. TO DIE FOR! My 15 year old daughter said she couldn't tell the difference. She was grossed out when I told her it was was made the way it was just b/c she knew what was in it, but LOVED that it tastes like the real thing.
