use cocoa powder and make your own choclate fix with the legal recipes in the data base cream cheese softened mixed with sweetner of choice and cocoa podwer can be shaped and frozen for a slow melting choclate fix. Not2late has a very addictive mix of cream sweetner and cocoa powder.

2Big always has to bring up the Chocolate spoon, lol. Basically, it's 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of cream, and the sweetener of your choice. Mix the sweetener and cocoa powder, together, then slowly add the cream, mixing well. You might need to add a bit of water if it is too stiff. Let it sit for a few minutes and it will thicken. Then eat it slowly. It's a small amount and it's very rich. So enjoy the flavor.

But as 2Big knows very well, it is very addictive to some folks and you can very easily overeat it or set yourself off on an uncontrolled binge. So be ware and don't say anyone warned you!

My advise, take it or leave it, don't waste your hard earned money on Atkins bars, or any other SF bars. Enjoy the natural foods and have fun making great recipes like these gals suggested...your body will thank you for it. If you need something to take with you while at work or running earrands, pack a little cooler of snacks and enjoy a little break when you can.

          Best wishes!

And the usual rules apply to the candy bars as to any other processed food - make sure ALL the ingredients are allowed for whichever phase of Atkins you are on.

Many of the bars have wheat in them so are not allowed till the grains rung!
