I just ate 1/2 a package and realized that the entire package had 8. So I had 4 carbs... BUT that seems VERY high. I looked at the ingred. it said oysters and cottonseed oil and salt. Are they okay to eat (obviously if I limit my amount)?

Oysters and some other shellfish have carbs. However, they are a totally acceptable protein source on Atkins. You just need to be aware that they have natural carbs and be mindful of the amount you eat.
Be sure to avoid those imitation seafood products because they are loaded with added sugars and starches!
