The first time I was on atkins ..I went from 185lbs to 145lbs in about 9 months...This time round from starting at around 188lbs...Im at 167lbs after 2 months.
I feel great..look great..Im wearing size 11 jeans...I still have the blackgurl booty and pretty top heavy still and at 5ft 8..Im wearing size 8 skirts..Ive d ecided not to lose as much as before because as great as I felt at 145lbs..I was very skinny in my face and it just didnt look good on my tall frame.
Ive decided to change my goal weight to 155lbs...so now that im within reach of my goal weight....,Im worried about my eating habits.
I havent really been watching my carbs as closely as I should have done. Ive eaten a pizza slice, some breaded c atfish...a few cookies...Ive still been losing.
I noticed that certain foods irritate my IBS so for that I thank Atkins c ause I was really sick before starting and it was atkins that allowed me to see what was messing with my stomach...I cant eat broccoli or cauliflower at all as Im just cramped up the next day.
What is the best w ay for me to find my ccl? Should I go back to an induction type regime for a few days and then go up each rung on a weekly basis?
Im currently losing about 1lb a day(having just ended the TOM)..so suggestions on how to rapidly get my ccl?
    Thanks All

    Re: Update

Best way to find your CCLL is to start adding healthy carbs (these don't include breaded catfish, pizza or cookies, btw ) back into your diet by going up the OWL carbohydrate ladder.

Re-read your book and the sticky threads in this forum to see how you go about doing that.

Good luck to you. Too many people forgo OWL because they think they won't lose weight and because they think staying on Induction the whole time is the entire Atkins Diet. Unfortunately, those people are just cheating themselves out of food variety and out of nutrients from those foods. If you take a poll of OWLers if they ever want to go back to Induction phase provided that their weight loss remains the same, I'm pretty sure the majority would vote "No Way!"

      Re: Update

plug your menu for the last week into fit day and figure our where you are carbwise for the day on average and then add as Not2late said healthy carbs from the OWL rungs in increments of 10 if you are going to premaintnenance or 5 if you are staying in OWl and see how those foods effect your health and weight loss.

when you don't lose anymore inches or scale weight back your carbs down 5 net and see if the loss resumes if so you have found your CCLL for your current activitiy level. remember if you become more or lass active this carb limit number will change too.

      happy low carbing.
