  • All messed up....

So I moved onto OWL and added in 1/2 cup of peppers to my diet, in addition to the 2 cups of lettuce and 1 cup of other salad veggies I was eating (usually red peppers, mushrooms or onions). So now that I'm taking in 3-1/2 total cups of veggies, my Fitday numbers have gone haywire.....56/8/36, and my calories have dropped dramatically (1039 for today). Can someone look at my menu and tell me what it is I'm missing? http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...ml?Owner=JJo87 It looks like I need to add more fat and less protein, but since I've already eaten breakfast, where would I cut back on the protein with lunch and dinner? My source for lunch is only 1/2 can of tuna and my source for dinner is only 1 chicken breast. Just when I think I have this down, I'm confused all over again!

looks like you have lowered your cheese intake for some reason and with it lowered your fat intake. You arer actually eating according to your fitday total grams at the bottom of your food lists less protein then last week but you have cut your fat way back.

you don't have to use cheese just have same mayo or some other healthy fat like olive oil with your tuna and chicken and you will be fine unless you want to eat the cheese
