So I moved onto OWL and added in 1/2 cup of peppers to my diet, in addition to the 2 cups of lettuce and 1 cup of other salad veggies I was eating (usually red peppers, mushrooms or onions). So now that I'm taking in 3-1/2 total cups of veggies, my Fitday numbers have gone haywire.....56/8/36, and my calories have dropped dramatically (1039 for today). Can someone look at my menu and tell me what it is I'm missing?

My source for lunch is only 1/2 can of tuna and my source for dinner is only 1 chicken breast. Just when I think I have this down, I'm confused all over again!
