Nuts are my friends, as long as I limit myself to an ounce or two every day.
One thing I love to do is grind up some nuts (usually walnut or pecans) and mix it with a little splenda and butter. Then slice up some strawberries and cook the strawberries with cinnamon and a packet of splenda in a little pan. Then I put the strawberries in a small baking dish (I have a bunch of little ones) and put the nut mixture over them and bake it until the whole thing is brown. I don't do it very often, but OMG when I do. Sometimes, if my in-laws are having a party, I'll make up a big casserole dish of "strawberry bake" for it.
Of course, it's a very berry-dependent dish, but the magic is really in the nuts.
