Hello OWLers!
I started Rung One two weeks ago. I've been fluctuating for the past three weeks up and down up and down between 1 and 3 pounds each day! It is getting old... so i started doing Fitday to really see what i am eating. I think this will hold me more accountable to myself, and also will enable me to determine what works for me, and what doesn't.
So, i've started with Fitday, and it is a little confusing. I am wondering what ratios i should be looking at now that i am on Rung One, or is it the same ratios as Extended Induction? Should i go back on Extended for awhile since i am not losing, or just hang in there on this Rung and keep tracking my foods in Fitday? I am thinking it would have been better if i had started using Fitday from the beginning, as it seems to be so helpful. I was concerned that it would be too complicated and time consuming so that is why i haven't tried it until now... and it is those things to me, however, i think as with anything, once i get the hang of it it will be an amazing tool for me.
Also, how many calories are we supposed to be consuming each day? I am sure that depends upon weight and height ~ i am 5'5" and hovering between 230 and 232 at the time being... i'm hoping that will change soon!
Thanks!
