    I noticed I'm getting a lot of saggy skin now that I've lost all of my weight (I need to edit my profile, I'm actually at 160 right now! Still losing though ^_~) Are there any solutions for this that can make it less saggy? ; ;

    Exercise, drinking water, and the ladies in the Women forum swear by "dry brushing".

          give your body time the skin shrinks once you have been at a lower wt for a while and you are pretty young ... I am 48 years old when the wt came off in the beginning I had a saggy tummy ...and thighs ...now ..no sag ..I can pull loose skin out if I try but since I dont want it out I leave it where it is!!.. ..skin is a very resilliant organ and will find some of its elasticity again ..in the mean time you can try dry brushing with a soft natural bristle brush before you shower it helps stimulate circulation feels really good (reminds me I have to buy a new brush today) and I would like to believe it had some bennies when it came to helping my skin find it's way back..I wish now I had taken a pic of my tummy all loose and hanging because it is dramatic compared to the after pic I am showing you now ..it took almost a year to get it to look decent again ..the stretch marks stay but fade to almost nothing in time as well ...

              It seems you've removed that link from your sig?
