I was on the berry rung for about three months and didn't like anything on the rungs after that because I don't eat starchy veggies, I don't drink, I'm not a fruit kind of person and don't like beans so I skipped to the grains rung, I am a little bit nervous because I've been losing so good but I thought I'd give it a try. Since starting Atkin's I've had no desire to eat bread which is a good thing but I'd like to add a little bit of whole wheat bread back. I read that popcorn is allowed and I have a bag here which has exactly 10 Net Carbs per serving (2 1/2 Cups), 1 Sugar (There is no sugar listed in the ingredients) It is the white cheddar kind so that's probably where the sugar is coming from but I figured if I divide it in hald it will be 5 Net Carbs per. Is this ok or should I try it every other day to see how it effects me?
