    Hi everyone I was on the berry rung for about three months and didn't like anything on the rungs after that because I don't eat starchy veggies, I don't drink, I'm not a fruit kind of person and don't like beans so I skipped to the grains rung, I am a little bit nervous because I've been losing so good but I thought I'd give it a try. Since starting Atkin's I've had no desire to eat bread which is a good thing but I'd like to add a little bit of whole wheat bread back. I read that popcorn is allowed and I have a bag here which has exactly 10 Net Carbs per serving (2 1/2 Cups), 1 Sugar (There is no sugar listed in the ingredients) It is the white cheddar kind so that's probably where the sugar is coming from but I figured if I divide it in hald it will be 5 Net Carbs per. Is this ok or should I try it every other day to see how it effects me?

    Popcorn is added during the Grains Rung of OWL. Corn is a grain.

    How will it affect you? I can't give you an answer to that, because as you know, different people react to foods differently. Just follow the OWL rules when adding it to your menu.

        remember corn has sugar and that is where your popcorn sugar should be coming from also new to you OWL foods are eatten only 3 times the first week you introduce the new to you food to your plan so don't have it every other day right now.
