My hip has been aching lately (have no clue why), so I picked up some glucosamine chondroitin at my local healthfood store this morning. I just looked at the bottle and it said 2 carbs per serving (a serving being 4 capsules). It states that it does not contain sugar, and I'm only planning on taking 2 capsules (1 carb). My brain is telling me I'm just paranoid and of course I'll be fine weight-wise, but just wanted to run it by the "pros" out there!
