Tabasco Sauce
I'm just curious but is Tabasco Sauce allowed on Atkin's? I read the ingredients and it doesn't contain any added sugar and has no carbs. It's made with distilled vinegar and peppers.

both vinegar and peppers are legal so it is legal.
I got so excited to see Tabasco has a habenero one now I didn't read the label ubtil I got home and found out it has papya, mago sugar and other higher rung stuff on it glad I'm a goalieby the book atkinseer

OMG! I didn't eve know that and I had some. I bought a bottle of the regular stuff and it came with a little packet of the Chipolte but didn't list the ingredients for it. This was a while ago though. That stuff is soooo good.Comment
