    I picked up some ham from the deli while at the grocery store and they include a list of the ingredients now which I never knew before. I chopped some up and added it to my omlet this morning but I just want to make sure it's allowed so here are the ingredients.

    35% Ham and Water Product
    Cured With Water, Salt, Sodium, Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate and Sodium Nitrate.

    I fugured as long as it wasn't cured using sugar I was ok to have some

    Ham is usually okay as long as your not sensitive to salt.
