    it's made from wheat, so It would have ot be the grains rung.

        what rung are you one? we have in the low carb cooking school topic which for some reason was moved to the nonAtkins lessons forum has several recipes for making "bake" mix that can depending on your ingredients be legal for rungs 2, 3, 6,or 9
