    Has anyone heard of it?

    Here are the ingredients:
Acai (freeze-dried powder, white grape, nashi pear, acerola, pear, aronia, purple grape, cranberry, passionfruit, banana, apricot, prune, kiwi, blueberry, bilberry, camu camu, wolfberry, pomegranate, lychee fruit, citric acid, natural flavor ans sodium benzoate.

    1 fl oz
    20 calories
    0 fat
    4 carbs
    0 protein

Could I have this on the berry rung or do I have to wait til rung 7?

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide

Re: Question for the OWL Experts

Rung 7 I am afraid - only the cranberry, blueberry, bilberry and wolfberry would be allowed on the berries rung!! BTW what on earth is a wolfberry?!?

But bear in mind that those 4 carbs will be 'per serving' - how much that is will be on the pack/bottle, and will probably be quite a small glass!

Much better to eat your fruit carbs than drink them as you will then be benefitting from the fibre not just the sugars!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

What actually is it, like a soft drink? It sounds like a tonic of somesort. Is the servine size one ounce?
THe probablem with juice juice, especially fruit is that you get all of the sugar and none of the fiber, so even on Maintenance, its using lots of carbs for little benefit. Except for cranberry juice when I have a UTI, I avoid it like the plague

Thank you ladies!!! It is some sort of a tonic... suppose to do wonders for your health...blah blah blah...not sure how he got suckered into it! It says to drink 1 oz in the am and 1 oz in the pm... 8 carbs is a lot but I thought if it helped him, maybe I would do one oz... but I think I will just eat the fruit like you guys said! And Elizellen, I have NO idea what a wolfberry is! LOL

        Have a great weekend!!!

It seems to be considered a bit of a wonder-fruit if the article is to be believed!
