While I am enjoying the food variety in OWL, my weightloss is pretty much non-existent. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. I am no longer in ketosis, and am trying to find a brief moment in time where I do not need to use my brain for a few days and get back into it! Seems impossible while in school!
I'm on the Berries rung. I skipped nuts, because I very very rarely eat them! Yes, I definitely see this as a way of life! And I feel a lot better since adding back some fruit! The weight loss will come... I think my body just has to adjust! I was on extended induction for a while and since school started back up it's been hard to find time to go to the gym... Right there is a problem in itself! One thing I have learned, is that this program works for anyone who works it!
