Just a quick one, as time is marching on (amazingly fast)...
Thanks to this WOE, I've now lost: 11 kilos (24,2 pounds) and 69.5 centimeters (29.4 inches)! Unbelievable. Last year I was on Weight Watchers for exactly this length of time. Same amount of exercise. I gained 1 pound. (and I was STARVING :lol)
I'm very close to my first mini-goal and have to start thinking about the next one... Cool!
And I've decided to 'treat' myself to a race walking camp to 'learn how to walk' (as my husband says). I'm going to walk the Copenhagen Marathon next May - at goal weight! THAT IS MY FINAL GOAL!
This WOE has taught me so much - about what is possible and about myself. I wouldn't have believed it if someone had told me the first few weeks. Though I have to say - when I started, I approached this as a way to eat - NOT a diet. Did that make the difference this time? I don't know... but thanks to you guys I've kept on even when the scale (and tape measure didn't move...).
OK, well start of week 13. Hoping to make my mini-goal this week! or the next. One way or another - I AM GOING TO MAKE IT THIS TIME!!!!
