  • Mahi-mahi

I had a piece of Mahi-Mahi fried with some broccoli this morning and when I went to Fitday to enter it in nothing came up. This is the first time I have tried this type of fish and I absolutely love it! It has a lot of protein and am curious if I eat this again today for lunch or dinner if I will be way over my protein intake. I made sure to fry it in 2 Tbsp of butter.

    Re: Mahi-mahi

You can try looking for it as "Pompano" or "Dolphin" as well (both are other common names). I'm not sure what fitday might call it. Then again, it might not get that specific. You can try googling to find the nutritional analysis for it and entering into fitday as a custom food.

Oh and by the way, when it's called "Dolphin" it's not the mammal dolphin.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Embrace all equally!
