      This is very true, but seems to change over time. When I first hit this rung one or two drinks or wine made me silly...as they didn't before. I've built up a bit of an immunity to it since though...It now takes a couple more than it did back then .

      Also as 2big mentioned, I can attest to the ketostix changing. the day after I have had a drink the stix always registered dark puple..it always thru them off. the one or two days later they'd go back ot light pink again. After alchohol is the only time that my stix ever went that dark, i'm positive it's the cause.

        Hmm... I'm thinking of making a rum cake with almond flour now... it's time for a little experiment... heh heh heh...
        No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

          Okay here's the

          Lager and Cheddar Dip

          2 pickled jalapenos
          3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
          2/3 cup your favorite lager
          1/3 cup sour cream
          2 tablespoons mayonnaise
          1 tablespoon caraway seeds
          salt and pepper to taste

          Scrape the seeds out of the jalapenos, and finely mince. Set aside. Put the remaining ingredients into a blender and pulse until well combined. Scrape into a bowl and fold in the minced peppers. Chill to develop the flavors. Serve.

            Oh wow! I have a football playoff party in Novemember I think I will definately make this for it. I usually bring a veggie/ tray and a dip. this sounds fabulous and very simple!
