i know that my Metabolic Resistance is Very High - but am i doing something wrong? i havnt lost a pound since i ended my 2 week Induction... i use FitDay religiously & have been keeping myself between 20 & lower than 25 carbs daily... i do understand that it slows down, but does it completely Stop? might i be doing something wrong? (i did lose some inches! 2 in my Chest, 2 in my Waist, 2 in my Hips and 1 in my Thighs)i work out Every Single Day and here is a Sample Menu of how im eating... am i wrong???
could it be that my CCL is going to be as low as 20???
Breakfast:
2 strips Turkey Bacon or 1/2 Polish Sausage
2 scrambled eggs
Lunch:
3 oz. Baked Chicken or Turkey Breast
2 C. luttuce
2 tbsp. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. ranch dressing
Dinner:
3 oz. Baked Chicken Breast or Steak
1/3 of a small avocado
1/2 cup of Broccoli
Snacks:
String cheese (Mozarella) x2
Drinks:
I have been drinking nothing but water and on some days over 1 gallon easy.
