well i think i've stopped losing in the past few days. i actually feel "fat" again! i KNOW i havent gained weight...but i also dont think i'm losing. i'm trying to think of what it could be....my thought....cheese. my usual breakfast is a cheese omelette. i also have a decaf coffee with cream....but today i started having them without ANY sweetner. hmm...for lunch...one of my favs is a tuna salad. (tuna salad on top of lettuce and a few mixed vegetables) i dont use dressing, cause the tuna salad does the trick. umm..for dinner...we've been experimenting with a couple different dishes from online. tried some chicken parm that was yummy two days ago. yesterday we had plain ole' steak, and tonight we had meatloaf(with nothing in it). any suggestions?? i THINK i'm eating too much cheese. if you look...the day i had the chicken parm...i also had the omelette i believe.(i dont have my log book right now)...that would be too much?? oh boy...i'm rambling! i'm scared that i'm failing! sheesh....help

omg i got it!!! i was sifting through some old posts...and tadaa! i'm not drinking enough water!!! i did in the begining..but now i'm not! oh my goodness how silly. i'm gonna try this first..and if it doesnt help, i'm gonna start cutting things out.

Kelly ~ By all means up the water - but before you go thinking that you're doing something wrong, you should read this if you haven't already....

It is VERY COMMON to have a "hesitation" shortly after induction - your body needs a bit to catch up to the weight you have lost. It honestly doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong at all.
