Ketosticks are not an exact science - I never showed even the slightest trace of colour while losing!!
Here is a FAQ about the colour of the sticks http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6725

And one about when to test http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6726

And one about other signs of ketosis http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6762
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Good question Ke15. I was just about to come on and query about my ketostick showing "small" because I was wondering if I was still *in* ketosis. All I did was add in some nuts yesterday but for the first time I tried a splenda low-carb cheesecake a couple of days ago so I think I'm a bit paranoid! I feel like I still am on track though (i.e. no cravings for junk.) I think I need to drink some more water too.

Oh - and I just read the post on not testing in the morning lol - that would be another hint. Then there's the exercise thing too since I have been upping my mileage - it's all beginning to make sense now! Thanks so much Elizellen - I love this board!
