Ive been on a 2 weekish stall i just came off it, i found when i cheated the scale wouldnt move or it would go down never up. so i decided to play around with carrots cause they are more less of a cheat then say flat bread.. I seem to lose introducing more carbs into my diet but I am not ready to go to owl completely..so how do i find middle ground...ive never had this problem, and I never went to owl b4 so im a ball of confusion and I dont have my book in alberta moms sending it

You don't have to go through all the rungs on OWL if you don't think you're completely ready. It sounds to me like you want more variety in your diet, which you get with OWL. If you're bored with your food choices, it's probably time to move on a little. I think you'd be better adding foods back in the order they're recommended, rather than starting with starchier foods like carrots or flat bread. Maybe you'd feel more comfortable going up to Rung 4 or 5 and staying there. The stickies at the top explain how to start OWL, so you're not missing a lot if you don't have your book.
