  • question about bouillon cubes

I got bronchititus and my throat and chest hurt like crazy, I dont want no food but I know i need something. SO I was wondering about these chicken flavored bouillon cubes, the ingredients have some no no's in them such as corn syrup and sugar as the top 2 ingredients. But their carbs say 1 per cube.
Would anyone else use them? Would they be too horrible during OWL?

I admit I've used them a few times when making the Shiritaki noodles.
You can also try canned chicken broth, it is very tasty.

I don't use bouillon cubes because they're loaded with salt and don't taste much like chicken or whatever it's supposed to be. You're better off using the canned chicken broth. But the best would be to simmer a chicken in water and make your own soup. You'll not only have a tasty broth, but cooked chicken meat to go with it.

You can also make soups from any cooked meat and veggies - just simmer them till soft then use your food processor to make them into a puree.
With added butter, seasoning and/or cream they will be a nutritious easy to consume way of getting your meat and veggies in when feeling bad.
