  • Question about moving on after induction

This has always puzzled me. Yes, I do own and read DANDR but still I'm unclear.

First rung is adding 5 more carbs from the acceptable veggies food list from induction but I'm not consuming 20 grams of carbs a day.....I"m around 10 plus or minus a few. SOOOO do I go up to 25 carbs, allowed number on induction plus 5 OR add 5 to my daily average on induction.

    Thank you!

How many carbs are you eating now? To that amount, you add 5 net carbs of the Induction veggies.

For example, if you are eating 15 net carbs daily, you add 5 net carbs for your Rung 1. That will put you at 20 net carbs daily. Then you keep adding 5 net carbs/going up the carb ladder until you find your CCLL.
