I have a couple of questions about coffee. I LOVE it
I have heard it can stimulate your appitite, but it does not do that to me at all. As a matter of fact it helps me when I want to eat at night. Does it matter if it is decaf or not? I drink regular because Michael does. It doesn't keep me awake or anything. I could drink 100 cups and I would still go right to sleep. Sometimes I wish coffee would wake me up...lol. I don't put splenda in it, but I do put a little cream ( I know I have to watch how much cream I am using and I do), and a little DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup in it. Sooo, is it okay to drink everyday, and has it been shown to stall in weight loss? I'm not using splenda or a lot of cream so I wouldn't think it would, but I though it would be a good idea to ask all of you
Also, I don't count it as any part of my daily water intake. Everyone is so helpful here and I appreciate it so much
