Yup, a coconut is a big seed. So it goes in the nut/seed rung. Just be sure to add it in OWL amounts for nuts and seeds because the nut/seed rung is the exception to the "add 5 net carbs rule"---we are limited to 1 ounce of the nut/seed according to the book.~Megs~
