Hi, so I've been logging my foods, as best as is possible, into the fit day set up. However, it does not recognize a lot of the foods I eat.
Consequently, it does not recognize the amounts of protein I am taking in. There is no such thing as vegetarian meatless crumbled sausage, or smart dog, or 'grillers'. When I log my info, I'll get fat percentages at around 80%
and protein at around 1%, resulting in this information gap.
Should I even bother to continue with fit day? I like that it charts it out for you, but frankly, I don't think it works well for Vegges.
If random Joe were to look at my menus, he'd/she'd be like: and this person is losing weight??? It's quite frustrating.
