Another help question...
I had spagetti squash tonight for dinner.
Now I'm seeing that I have 34 NET carbs and only 853 Calories, 49 fats, 61 protein.
What should I do? Is there anything for me to eat that won't raise my carbs anymore???

Umm.. you can mix some cream cheese with splenda and a little cocoa powder... a hamburger with some mayo... ok, so basically any form of meat as long as it's not overly processed would be about safe....
I think cream cheese - depending on the brand, may have like, 1 carb, but it's pretty insignificant.
